Bobby, Robert or Uncle Bob, you may know him by any of those names, is simply one someone that in 15 minutes you feel you've known for a lifetime. Bobby has spent a lifetime around coaching and leadership roles whether its golf, hockey, baseball or his roles in the Navy.
Bobby has been a member of the Hole9 team since 2020, starting his time with us as a player working with Daylan, he has worked hard to officially join the PGA and become TPI certified in August 2022. Before becoming a member of the PGA, Bobby was helping out with juniors and ladies clinics both in the studio and at Penn Hills.
Bobby has a history working with athletes in multiple levels of player development, not simply just coaching, he was a certified personal trainer giving him a true understanding of the human body and its ability to develop strength and mobility. This has prepared him before seeking his education with TPI and the PGA to have a very clear understanding of the biomechanics of the swing.
Bobby is an advocate for veterans and people struggling with mental health, its the main reason he wants to coach golf. Golf has been a game that has helped him tremendously and created friendships that will last a lifetime. He wants to use the game to help bring opportunities for people to experience the game and feel confident playing.
