GOLF OFF-SEASON ONLINE FITNESS PROGRAM

12-week program to develop physical qualities necessary for efficient golf swing, improve golf fitness increase, reduce injury risk.

A complimentary TPI Screening and Golf Strength & Power Assessment (Value: $200)

This is for the athlete that is is new to fitness or has taken more than 3 months off of a regular fitness program, and wants to improve all qualities of golf fitness: mobility, strength, power, speed so that they can perform their best

Access to 12-week exercise program through app, this program can be repeated multiple times before moving on to another advanced program option
Fitness Foundations
GOLF FOUNDATIONS / IN-SEASON

12-week program to develop physical qualities to improve your golf body in season, it may or may not be completed following “foundations”

A complimentary TPI Screening and Golf Strength & Power Assessment (Value: $200)

This is for the athlete who has a history of fitness and who is currently playing in the season. This program is characterized by contrast training as well as high yield strength and high yield velocity movements to support strength and speed improvements; as well as a lower volume of total work to aid in recovery and optimal golf performance.

This program is often completed by local PGA professionals and competitive amateurs during their competitive golf season.
